SMS Terms of Service
Program description: Community Outreach for Healthcare Access, Inc. DBA Lynq Health is a media/marketing company that provides information and services to help consumers gain access to affordable and effective healthcare. Community Outreach for Healthcare Access, Inc. DBA Lynq Health media/marketing company also sells advertising, marketing, and research services to our business clients. We utilized text messaging for customer care (to service inquiries, to provide quotes, to provide customer service, to inform current customers and prospective customers of new products or services). We also use texts for marketing purposes (exclusive customer perks, birthday & anniversary wishes, referral incentives, exclusive promotions or discounts, highlighting timely topics, urgency-driven campaigns, wellness-oriented campaigns, seasonal or holiday campaigns, community engagement updates, promoting reviews or testimonials, FAQ or myth-busting campaigns, wellness challenges, charity partnerships). We are utilizing texts for account notifications (billing. updates, password resets, redirect to email for more sensitive information). This campaign will be used to inform current and potential customers of products and services related to the healthcare industry for which they may qualify, provide useful general information, satisfy customer service requests, and respond to requests for more information. We provide our business customers with in-depth market analysis, marketing assistance and support, advertising services and the like. Message frequency may vary.
Marketing Sample: “This is Tony from Lynq Health. If you are interested in learning more about your insurance options, please give us a call or fill out the form at our website.”
Customer Care Sample: “If you need to receive your new member ID cards, please let us know. Susan from Lynq Health.”
Account Notification Sample: “This is Charles from Lynq Health. Your membership will be effective starting February 1, 2025. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.”
Consumer-Initiated: “This is the first time you have communicated with Lynq Health at this number. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.”
Frequency: Message frequency varies but is almost always triggered by a subscriber action.
Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply back with STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just reply back with START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting our support team at contact@mycoha.org or calling our support helpdesk at 407.612.1020.
Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Your Consent Choices
You will be presented with a consent form to choose your communication preferences. You must opt-in to receive marketing communications through automated methods by selecting a consent checkbox during form submissions.
